If you have an issue with your battery or wish to request a return or exchange, we’re here to help. Please ensure you have proof of purchase and any relevant installation or test information ready to assist our team in resolving your claim quickly.
✅ How to Start a Warranty or Return
To get started, please fill out our simple online Warranty & Returns Form. Our team will review your claim promptly and get in touch to arrange inspection, replacement, or refund as needed.

All claims are subject to Super Start’s standard testing procedures by its authorized representatives. If your battery is found defective due to a manufacturing fault and is within its applicable warranty period, it will be replaced with an equivalent battery free of charge.
Important: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. You are responsible for transportation costs to and from Super Start testing centres. The warranty period is not renewed or extended if a repair or replacement is provided. Warranty coverage applies only to the original end user and is not transferable.
Action: Stop using the goods as soon as a fault arises and contact your supplier or Super Start Batteries immediately.
What The Warranty Does Not Cover
Flat batteries
Normal wear and tear
Physical damage
Sulphation
Incorrect application or improper use
Faulty connections, wiring, or improper mounting
Tampering, altering, repairing, or modifying batteries and labels
Negligence before or during use
Overcharging or undercharging
Adding any liquid other than distilled water
Failure to maintain acid levels
Broken or removed vent plugs
Discharged batteries or diminished capacity due to age or deep cycling

This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available under the law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
