Freedom Plus Lithium Power System 24V – 5kWh Usable
Step up to higher efficiency with Suncoast Batteries’ complete 24V Off-Grid Pack. Built with premium Victron Energy hardware and robust Fusion Lithium batteries, this system delivers smooth power for larger loads, reduced cable losses, and simple monitoring making it ideal for cabins, larger caravans, sheds and dependable backup power.
Core Idea of the System
This kit is designed to be a complete 24V off-grid or backup power solution.
It stores energy in two 24V lithium batteries (100Ah each = ~5kWh usable storage).
It converts that stored DC power into usable 230V AC power through the Victron MultiPlus-II inverter/charger (3000VA, ~2400W continuous).
Solar panels (not listed here) can be connected to the MPPT solar charge controller, which manages solar input efficiently.
The system is fully monitored and controlled with Victron’s Cerbo GX + GX Touch 50 display.
This setup is expandable, safe, and smart making it ideal for off-grid cabins, caravans, tiny homes, or backup energy at home

Solar input: The MPPT 100/30 suits ~600–800W solar. In good sun this can typically replenish a significant portion of daily use. Output varies with panel size, angle, location and weather.
Why choose a 24V system ? Lower currents for the same power = less voltage drop, thinner/shorter cabling, and better efficiency at higher loads.
Power limits: Keep continuous AC loads within ≈2400W. High-draw appliances (air-con, ovens, hot water) may exceed capacity or deplete batteries quickly.
Expandable: Add batteries for more storage, add solar for faster charging, or upgrade inverter capacity as needs grow.
