At Suncoast Batteries, we are committed to delivering your battery products promptly, safely, and in compliance with Australian transport regulations. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery options, and shipping restrictions.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST may be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


2. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services to:

  • All Australian states and territories, including regional and rural areas.

  • Note: Some remote locations may experience extended delivery times.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We utilize trusted national carriers such as Australia Post, Toll, StarTrack, and CouriersPlease.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, destination, and shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered for orders over a specified amount (e.g., $150) – check our website banners or promotions for eligibility.


5. Dangerous Goods & Battery Shipping Regulations

  • Some batteries (e.g., lithium-ion) are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code (ADG Code).

  • Shipping methods and carriers may be restricted based on battery type and quantity.

  • P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers: Due to DG regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers for orders containing lithium or other regulated batteries.


6. Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the package if a signature is required.


7. Delivery Issues & Damages

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged – Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Is delayed or lost – Contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
